Follow the simple instructions below to get started: • Contact us to set up a remote support appointment. • During your appointment, we will instruct you to download our remote connection utility. • Run the program when instructed to do so. • Enter your contact information so we can bill you. • We will perform repairs while you watch. • When all repairs are made, we will disconnect and the program will delete itself. • You will receive an invoice by email.
